Draft for legal review

These terms describe how the platform works today. Have them reviewed by a qualified lawyer before public launch, including the intermediary obligations under the IT Rules, 2021 and any state real-estate (RERA) requirements for agents.

What Atlas is

Atlas, operated by Manaslu Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., is a marketplace where people list property and physical assets and others send requests to rent, book, lease, buy or hire them. Atlas is not a party to the transaction, is not a real-estate agent or broker for either side, doesn't hold or transfer money, and doesn't give legal, tax, valuation or investment advice.

Listing

  • You may list only assets you own or are authorised in writing by the owner to list, and you must keep listings accurate and available.
  • You are responsible for registrations, licences, permits and taxes that apply to what you offer (for example homestay registration, RERA project registration, GST, or vehicle permits).
  • We review listings and may decline, pause or remove any listing, and suspend accounts that list without authority or mislead people.

Verification

A verified check means an Atlas reviewer accepted the evidence for that specific fact on the date shown. It isn't a guarantee, a title search or a legal opinion, and it doesn't cover facts that weren't checked.

Requests and payments

Requests, acceptances and offers on Atlas aren't binding contracts. Agreements, deposits and payments are made directly between the parties. Never pay before you've seen the asset and its documents.

Partners

Partners may promote a listing only after the lister approves them. Commission records on Atlas reflect what the lister and partner agreed; payment is between them. Partners must hold any registration their work requires.

Prohibited conduct

Fake or unauthorised listings, fake reviews, harassment, discrimination, spam, scraping, and attempts to get around Atlas's safety controls are not allowed.
