Draft for legal review

This notice describes how the software handles personal data. It must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules before public launch.

Atlas is operated by Manaslu Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. (“we”).

What we collect

  • Account details: name, email, optional mobile number, and a scrambled (hashed) password.
  • Listings you create, including photos (with location metadata removed) and the address you enter.
  • Documents you upload as evidence. Only you and Atlas reviewers can open them, and every reviewer access is logged.
  • Requests, messages, reviews and reports you send through Atlas.
  • Usage events (searches, pages viewed, requests sent) linked to your account or a random browser identifier, used to measure and improve the service. No third-party trackers or advertising cookies.
  • If the AI concierge or listing assistant is switched on, the text you type into them is sent to our AI provider to process your request.

Who sees what

Public listing pages show the lister's name and an approximate location. Your email, phone number and the exact address are shared only with the other party of a request, once it reaches an accepted or visit-scheduled stage.

Service providers

We use a hosting provider (servers in the region we deploy to), an email provider to send notifications, a map tile provider for maps, and, when enabled, an AI provider.

Your choices and rights

You can correct your profile at any time. To access, correct or erase your data, or to withdraw consent, email [email protected]. We keep records needed for fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations for as long as the law requires.
