Work with owners as a partner

For brokers, agents, channel partners and relocation companies who bring qualified clients.

• Promote only with permission

  Owners choose which listings are open to partners and the commission they offer. You ask to promote a listing; the owner approves you and confirms the rate.

• Tracked links, clear attribution

  Each approved listing gets your own link. When a client opens it and sends a request on that listing within 30 days, the request is attributed to you. The last partner link opened wins.

• Commission records both sides can see

  When the owner marks the transaction completed, a commission record is created from the agreed basis and rate. The owner approves it and marks it paid; you can dispute it with a reason. Atlas records commissions but doesn't hold or pay money.

Real-estate agents may need to be registered with the state RERA authority for some transactions. You're responsible for holding any registration your work needs.
